Payment Processing Policy

Selecting Services and Requesting a Quote
  • Browse and select your preferred venues and services, then add them to your cart.
  • Request a quote for your selected items. ar, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.

Receiving and Negotiating the Quote
  • The vendor will review and update the quote, which will be sent to you and displayed in your customer portal.
  • You can negotiate the total cost using the chat function in the customer portal.
  • Required taxes will be added and shown as a separate line item in your total cost.

Finalizing the Quote and Making Payments:
  • Once the final price is agreed upon, the vendor will send an updated quote.
  • You will have 48 hours to pay a initial deposit(30% of the total amount)to confirm your reservation, which will be sent via email.
  • If the event is scheduled within 7 days of initial deposit you will be required to make full payment.
  • The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event and can be paid through the customer portal using payment cards.
  • After full payment is processed, you will receive a second confirmation email with detailed information about your venue and services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Full Refund
  • Cancel your reservation within seven days of paying the initial deposit to receive a full deposit refund as long as your event date is not within seven days of the cancellation date. Initial deposit will automatically captured after 7 days on initially payment. Initial deposit will also be captured if event date is less then 7 days from current date.

Partial Refund:
  • If your cancellation is not eligible for a full initial payment refund as per the full refund policy stated above and the cancellation was made 72 hours before the event or eariler, you will receive a 50% refund of the total initial deposit amount. Any payment above the initial deposit will be returned in full. aptured if event date is less then 7 days from current date.

No Refund:
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund, and the customer will be liable for full payment.
